This beautiful, coming-of-age tale holds a valuable lesson for everyone - never judge a book by its cover.

The relationships the characters build throughout the movie really resonated with me in the fact that I have always given people the time of day, regardless of gender, race, background, sexuality or otherwise. Great friendships can truly be built if we all just took the time to get to know one another.

Created in an 80s-inspired, minimalist, synthwave style I felt this was a cool way to portray the characters as I'd never seen it done before and think the aesthetic really sets each character apart.
