Tarantino - a retrospective
Personal project
As one of my all-time favourite writer/directors, Quentin Tarantino had a profound effect on my perception of what art and cinema can be.
I watched Pulp Fiction when I was around 15 years old and my teenage mind was blown by the narrative structure, the cinematography, the dialogue - everything that came with that movie. From that day, I was hooked on cinema and hooked on the work of Tarantino. I got myself a copy of Reservoir Dogs, moved onto Jackie Brown and experienced his works as they came out, one by one.
I wanted to pay homage to the filmmaker who changed my perspective and influenced the way I work today so felt it only fitting to immortalise the man himself with some of my favourite elements from some of his movies.
