John Hughes is the king of 80s classics and a favourite of mine is The Breakfast Club. For me, this isn't just a movie. It's a social commentary on the ups and downs of high-school life, clashing personalities and showing us that we should never judge a book by it's cover. The unlikely relationships these characters form take me back to my own experiences of growing up, feeling like a misfit but eventually finding my people in all walks of life. Some introverted, some sport-y, some seemingly spoilt, some classed as 'the naughty kid' and others just genuine, certified nerds. This movie truly spoke to me and I felt like John Hughes really understood his audience when creating this heart-warming piece of cinema. I love the 80s, synthwave aesthetic and felt it fitting to create this series in that style as it's something I hadn't seen before. Available in both A3 (297x420mm) and A6 (105x148mm) - perfect as a set of mini-prints - printed on 170gsm satin finished paper. Prints are available signed upon request (please select in dropdown).
